Ingredients


2 corn on the cobs
425 gm can of tomatoes; juice only
----FOR THE SPICE PASTE----
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
2 centiliter garlic, peeled & chopped
1 teaspoon coriander seed
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
2 green chillies, deseeded - and chop; ped
1 1 inch piece cinnamon stick
1 clove

NOTES: 1 medium corn-cob will serve 3 as a side dish or 1 as main course.

CONVERSIONS: 425 g = 15 oz

ABBREVIATIONS: sm = small cl = clove ts = teaspoon
