Ingredients
450 gm okra (ladies fingers)
3 tablespoon oil
2 large onions
1 teaspoon salt
Directions: How to Cook Fried Okra With Onions
Wash the okra and pat dry with absorbent paper.
Cut into 1 cm pieces.
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat and fry onions till soft.
Add the okra and salt, and stirring gently, continue frying until the okra is cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
