1 cup currants
1/3 cup capers
1 1/3 cup onion

COOK LENTILS TIL TENDER. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS AND REFRIGERATE. ADD CURRANTS AT VERY END APPROX 1 HOUR PRIOR TO SERVING.
